The daily digest emails are causing a lot of confusion in the team. Sometimes the peers assume that they are asked to review the pages mentioned in the Daily Digest and end up spending unnecessary time on those docs.
I found a way to disable them individually here: https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/wiki/users/viewmyemailsettings.action however we want to disable this by default for all of our users.

This feature was introduced in June 2022. As per the link, User can only disable from their profile. Admins cannot do anything.
Not recommend option:
Turn email and push notifications off for your instance But this will not send emails to changes/comment etc. for any pages for any users. To do this, Select(Settings) in the Confluence navigation then select Further Configuration to manage these settings.
