Good morning,
I'm new in Confluence website, i have to access to a pdf file for my company.
The pdf file is uploaded in the Confluence cloud.
But, when i click on the manuel link to acces this pdf file needed, i have this kind of message as you can see in the attached picture.
This pdf file is asked by an enterprise linked with my company.
It seems i don't have the rights to acces the file and i don't know haw to ask the permission.
Could you please help me to unlock this situation ?
Yours Sincerely
If you do not know the Confluence admin, you can possibly get an idea of who owns the space from the URL provided. The Space key may be in the URL and if you can find out who owns the space, you may be able to get access
It appears though from your answer above, that this page is not within your network/company. If that is the case, the best way is to ask the person who sent you the link to please "Export to .pdf" the page and THEN send you a copy of the .pdf, because you do not have access to the link on their network.
@INEO-BTTI welcome to the community!
You will need to reach out to your Confluence administrator and he/she should be able to grant you permission. There are three levels of permission that you need to check. Global, Space and Page.
Hope it helps!
