Hello,
We have been executing automated tests for quite some time now, but recently we have encountered a captcha on our confluence cloud instance. Now captcha prevents us from logging in, resulting in to test failing.
We saw that the captcha setting in security config but whenever we turn it off and and saved. It unable to save.
thank you.
@Ezwan Harun Have you logged the user in completing the captcha and then logged out? After doing this do you see the captcha for the user at next login? I believe that you have to raise a support request to get this feature turned off in cloud. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
It only happens on the pipeline when we run the test in parallel. We tried to investigate manually but no captcha appeared.

@Ezwan Harun I would suggest submitting a support issue to see if Atlassian can do something for this. My guess is that the cloud application sees the connection as a robot and is helping keep your application secure. If you are on the free plan I can help escalate this for you.
