I’m currently facing an issue with the Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on plugin for Confluence and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
When users try to log in via SSO, Confluence often returns a blank page. After several attempts, the login eventually works, but this is causing a lot of frustration and disruption for our team.
Has anyone encountered this behavior before?
If so, how did you resolve it?
Is there any workaround or configuration tweak that helped?
I’d also appreciate any insights on whether this is a known issue and if there’s an expected fix from Microsoft.
