I have a knowledge base for customer through Confluenceand I have a portal for my customer to create their requets (Jira service Desk).
I have linked both together set up as "All users and customers can access to the knowledge base without a Confluence license" But when I make a test as if I was a guest, I don't access to the KB even by using keywords . Only when I am as a Jira service Desk agent (or admin, as I am actually) the KB appears.
Which set up must I have to do in order my customer access to the KB through Confluence from Jira Service Desk ?
Thank you for your reply

What versions of JSD and Confluence? The way you connect them and exact steps involved vary, particularly by JSD version. Also, 5.9 was the earliest version of Confluence to have "free" knowledge articles for customers. 5.8 and earlier required a license for the user in Confluence.
Thanx for your answer.
I use Confluence 6.1.2 and JIRA Service Desk Application v3.9.1
