How to set jpg and other images as "display as link"??

Byron Nagy October 23, 2018

The option to 'display as link' is not available for jpg and other image file uploads into Confluence. Is this a bug, or just a development oversight?

Have a list of several file types to display in table, with some images and others files. Need all to just display as a link for continuity and aesthetics. Any help on how to achieve this?

Thanks!

Hi Byron,

You can go to Insert Link > Files. Your attached images should be available there, as well as the option to upload a new one. You can select the text you want to link it to:

Can you give that a try and let me know if you have any trouble?

Shannon

Thank you Shannon, that worked. I feel a little dumb now :-)

Byron,

Don't worry, it would make sense that you could do the same as with the documents, so I can understand the confusion. :)

Take care!

Shannon
