How to set image in header& footer in Custom Export PDF

Header and footer image can't go on full width. I tried all method. So, please check this out.

Sir, Thankyou for your answer and time. But the issue's link, you gave me, belong to table header line. But I have issue in page header and footer images. Can you give me answer regarding this issue? Thankyou for you upper information.
