×Hi Team,
I need inputs in figuring out the approach to below problem.
Requirement:
I want to show list of Urls (external or internal page urls) which would have option to add new urls or edit/delete existing urls.
So have created link which opens form to enter url alongwith submit button.
On click of Submit, it should get enter on page below the earlier URLs.
Please help me on how to proceed as I am new to Confluence.
Thanks in advance.
Hello Sonam,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you.
From what I understand, you want to provide your users with a form where they can add to the form and the data will be included on the page in Confluence.
The first thing I would think of to do this is to use a Google Form, save the results to a Google Sheet, and then embed that spreadsheet in the Confluence page using an add-on from Marketplace.
You can also find some add-ons in Marketplace that include the functionality to submit data via a form, so have a look there and see what add-ons there are available.
Let me know if you have any questions about that.
Regards,
Shannon
Hello Shannon,
Thanks for the input.
Below image contains a glimpse of requirement I have to implement. It contains list of Urls (external + internal) alongwith option to edit url or delete url.
Please let me know how can I proceed to implement something similar to this.
Thanks,
Sonam Agarwal

Sonam,
This is not possible in Confluence directly. If you want to use Confluence's native functionality, you could use labels to organize your content.
Example: Each "useful link" is a separate page in Confluence, with a specific label applied to them. Then you can use the Content by Label macro to display this content on a page.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.

Shannon
