Unfortunately, you can't restore without a backup.

Then you are out of luck. Best to check your auto backup directory.

Once you find it, I would also suggest setting up a testing server and restoring the site backup to it. Then you can export just that space from the testing server and reimport into the production.

if you have a confluence backup, you could restore a single space within your Confluence instance. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restoring-a-space-152036.html
