How to reset my cloud instance of Jira Service Management and Jira Work Managemant.
I've imported almost everything I need and but now I have all de reporters for my issues as former user (inactive), in spite off all the user existing and are active.
So I'm trying to start all over again but I can't find anywhere to reset de cloud instance!
Thanks
Hi @BIQ HS ,
From what you describe, it looks as though you have done a migration to cloud. As you mention issues and reporters, this looks like a Jira related question instead of Confluence.
I suspect that your users have been migrated, but they don't have product access to Jira yet. To fix that, navigate to your site settings > user management and add your users to the group that is linked to Jira Software product access.
Under Porducts you should be able to see which group is used to grant product access.
Hope this helps!

Nop, I don't think this is the problem, the users have de same associations has in de jira server, and if I open a issue I can chose a reporter from de list, (that means they are available).
I thinks it might have been the sequence I imported things to the cloud.
I'm using a hybrid off things, the migration tool to import de users and groups and the jira projects, a backup to import de issues and the service projects, and them I'm using Tempo, só I have to create de accounts by hand.
I manage to get these to work the first time except the association of the accounts in Tempo in the end (the issues have accounts associated).
When I went to redo everything I lost the association between the user and de reporter in the issues.
Is there a way to reset and start again in the cloud? if I can get the users to stay associated to de reporter, I cant try to connect the accouts by hand.
Maybe this will resolve my problem, and I cant make a roadmap to implementation when we make the shift to cloud.
Thanks
