How to remove the empty page template?

We want force users to create pages only by templates. To prevent users to click the "Create" button we have hidden the button via JS. On all our templates there will be a page property macro.

Now I have seen that there is a system template for an empty page which, of course, creates a page without the page property macro.

Is there a way to remove the empty page template or to hide it somehow?

I'm not sure that this is possible. Right now create page from template require you to create blank page and then select template before you will create a page. Based on this I'm not sure that you will be able to block this.

At this moment in time this is not an option.

But based on CONFCLOUD-33745 , this is in development.
