There is several pages that were created by people that already left the company and were used by the team, how can we recover access to edit and view those pages? I am the new administrator but I don't know how to recover those,
our page link is the following:
https://confluence.oraclecorp.com/confluence/display/RRT/Rapid+Response+Team+-+RRT+Home?src=sidebar
the Issue is we need to see the following pages named:
Update tracker - Cloud (RRT - LAD)
Job Aids (RRT - LAD)
and a few more that were created by people no longer in the company, recently gone and those pages disappeared since I was not the admin/creator I used to have access to edit the Update tracker - Cloud but not anymore since our ex-manager left, and few more editors after him.
Please contact me if you need more information.
thank you,
Daldy Deleon
Do you see the space settings button in the top left menu of the Confluence space?
If you do, then that means you have Administrative permissions in the space.
From there, you need to navigate to the Manage Pages section.
Then navigate to the Restricted tab and locate the pages in the list. If you click the lock icon, it will remove the view or edit restrictions for the pages.
I don't have the overview option on my left menu, mine starts from Blog,
Is there a way that I can get the Admin access?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Go to Administration page in Confluence and if you click on space permission in the side bar, you will have option to add yourself as the admin to the space.
This is how you would recover the permissions
Let me know if you have any queries
Thanks,

Hi Pramodh! thank you for you quick response,
I'm really looking around the page but I can't see the administration page, where can I find it if you don't mind me asking.. I did add my self as admin on the Space tools/Permissions/Individual users, but that has not worked for me to see those hidden pages, hidden since they left the company. I'd appreciate your help, thank you in advance!
Daldy
