How to optimize my cache Statistics for better performance?

Hello Atlassian Community,

I was wondering if anyone could help me optimize my Cache Statistics. These are my current stats. Is there anything here that is critical? Should I increase or decrease anything?

And yes, I have read the following article, but I’d like to get a second opinion from the community:

I would generally increase the max entries by 20-30% where utilization is high but effectiveness is low.

For caches where utilization is at 100% and effectiveness is above 90%, should I leave them as they are, even though the max entries are fully used?
