How to migrate iweb Access database to Confluence?

Hi, 

Our goal is to transfer an access database with hyperlinks connected on iweb to confluence. But also to have more of our peers to access confluence and centralized information

Already scripting through python and once fully scripted we want to know how to transfer apply it to confluence?

What do you mean by "migrate"?  What data are you pulling out and what do you want it to become in Confluence?
