How to make Confluence autosave a file/document into a Digital Asset Management tool or a G-drive?

I need to make my Confluence instance fully automatic so that it can automatically save a file or document into a digital assets management tool, Google Drive, or a local drive - that has been uploaded to a Confluence page by my colleagues from both internal and external agencies that I work with. This will save me time and effort because I won't have to manually download the file or document and then uploading it to the DAM or G-drive.

Hopefully there is a way that I can figure this out.

This feels like quite an odd question.

I'll try to keep this one short, I have other questions, but there is one critical core question: 

Why are you using Confluence if you don't want to keep your content in it?

(Immediate follow up - why do you want to put a copy into Drive/DAM/local storage/etc?)

And then, which of your systems do you want to treat as "the source of truth"?

Well! my Confluence use-case is a bit different. 

I'd say, I use confluence to collaborate on assets (not contents) developed for us by an external agency - using different platforms (photoshop, MS. office-word...). The assets are then exported as PDFs, JPEGs or videos and then being added to Confluence through a link. I want to house these assets automatically into Bynder, but still use Confluence as the interface. Worth mentioning that the Bynder will be imbedded to Confluence through a link or a imbedding code. 

So I wanted to make sure that my Confluence instance can Autosave my assets to Bynder without any manual process of downloading a file form Confluence and then uploading it into Bynder.

Ok, so you're trying to use Confluence as a file store without using it as a file store.

I don't think there's any way to do this with Confluence cloud.  Attachments in Confluence live in the service's file system.

You might be able to do something with an app that offloads attachments to other systems, but I've not seen one for Bynder.
