How to install confluence with just command line?

I am new to confluence installation and trying to install it on my server. I am following the steps as given here :

Step 4 says : Once installation is complete head to http://localhost:8090/ in your browser to begin the setup process.

But how I can do this step only with CLI interface? I have a server hosted by someone and I just get CLI to it.

Kindly let me know.
