I couldn't add the profile in the confluence even if he was registered in ATLASSIAN account below.
Please could you let me know how to do?

Since Lucas is visible in the Atlassian Admin directory but not showing up in Confluence search/user picker fields, could be one of these three reasons:
Check these in order:
1. Product Access/Groups: Even if the account is active in the organization, he needs an active Confluence license.
Go to admin.atlassian.com > Users.
Click on Lucas and check his Product Access. Make sure Confluence is toggled ON.
If your site manages access via groups, make sure he is a member of the confluence-users group.
2. First login: Confluence's user directory sometimes doesn't index a new user until they actually visit the product for the first time.
Ask Lucas to physically log into Confluence (your-site.atlassian.net/wiki).
Once he accesses the Confluence home page, the system indexes his profile, and he should instantly become searchable for everyone else.
3. Directory Sync Delay: If your company uses an external identity provider (like Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace) synced via Atlassian Access/Cloud Enterprise, there might be a delay. Go to your Identity Provider settings in Atlassian Admin and check if the latest sync completed successfully without errors.
Give that a look and let us know if any of these works.
