I have exported a space from a customer's confluence space and trying to import that into our confluence space.
I am trying to perform this activity via Settings > Administration > Import Spaces.
The zip file size is about 3 GB.
Upon attempting import it starts with "Import in Progress" but it does not move further for a decent amount of time.
Also at times, I get an error message "There was an error during import. See our guide for raising a bug".
Kindly assist me with this issue.
