Hey Community,
Occasionally I get these types of requests.
Honestly wish I could just disable "Page Owners" like in SharePoint to avoid these situations. Does the community have any tips on how to handle these? Is there an easy way or is it manual like I've been doing.
Thanks in advance!
Hello @Christopher Yen
When you say you are doing it manually, do you mean one page at a time?
Or are you using the Content Manager option available in Premium and Enterprise plans?
Hi Trudy, thanks for pointing out the Content Manager, I think the first step I need to do is find what spaces they these deactivated users were in and I found the answer to that here. Once the spaces are identified I think I will go with your suggestion of content manager or try to create an automation rule to change the owner if possible

Update: I was not aware that the content manager had the bulk owner change function and even the deactivated owner search, did not need to go with an automation rule after all! I did still need to use the search URL in the thread above because the requestor did not give me what spaces they worked in.
