How to grant a user view permission to all Confluence spaces?

I want to know if there's any way to set a group or a user's access, who can view all the spaces in Confluence instance. Just like admin can see and manage all spaces, is there any way to set another group to grant only view access?

Hi @Jason Liu

Preferrably, you would create a group that contains that user. Using a group makes it scaleable because you can add other users later and maintain access via the group.

Then, grant that group All View permission (only this one) for all spaces in the Space Permissions. This must be done either manually or via a third-party script/bulk operation.

I don't think this can be completely solved, this method can be done to initialize the unrestricted page of this group access space.

But any page restrictions will break this group's access.
