How to get deletion access for wiki page?

I would like to delete the below page, but i dont have access.

You will need a space or system administrator to give you delete access in the space.

Whom to contact to get authorization access?

Your administrators.

I can't know who they are, I probably have nothing to do with your organisation.

Look for admin contact details in the UI (some Confluences have "contact admins" in the footer, many have help-with-confluence pages written up), ask another person in the organisation who uses it, or go to the person who first asked you to use it.
