How to get one digest e mail of confluence activity

We need to get a single digest mail of the daily activity in confluence

We subscribed all options but still we are not receiving the mail

Hi @Praveen P, perhaps you could check the notification settings of your Confluence site, under Further configuration, the 'Email' notification should be enabled.
