How to get authentication code if you were locked from app

Hello

My name is Busi. I need to unlocked my work space , I was checking for some pages that can lead me create my works space and get all jira projects as well as Dragon design tees, then I  was locked out. They need authentication code that I don't know where to get it. Kindly help me out of this mess. Time is ticking I have 4 projects to finish today.

We don't know what authentication you have set up, so we can't do anything about it.  You are going to need to talk to your administrators about what authentication they have added and how to use it (and why they haven't told you why they did not tell you that they were going to add this authentication process, if I understand your question properly)

I can give that person a chance to go to the space as she didn't know what will happen if she or he open whatever she come across with the aim of learning without any notice of what will be the consequences of checking your space without permission will cause.
