We had a company name change and so I migrated all the content or our old site across to a new one. The new site was set up using my new email address too.

However, in the space settings -> users I am listed as Unlicensed as are the others I invited with their new email address.

We have a free trial on the premium subscription.

How do I get a license / remove the unlicensed designation ( which also shows when I assign myself or another user to a task in a page).

Thanks

Hi Matthew,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to have you join us. I hope you're doing well. I understand you migrated data between Cloud sites, but your user is showing as Unlicensed on the content.

The only thing I can think of is if it's a different Atlassian Account. When I checked your *team site, you are a licensed user.

Since you have a Premium trial, can you raise a support ticket for this? You can do so through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Once you do, please let me know. I will assign the ticket to myself and have a look at the problem.

Thank you,

Shannon S
