How to fix page dates (year only) after NTP was out of sync?

Is it possible to fix dates for pages that are incorrect? For example my server recently lost NTP sync and now I have some posts that are listed with a date year of 2025 on both creation and edits. I would like to know if it would be possible to modify just the year portion to set it to 2019 because that would actually be the correct date. If its possible to modify this though making changes in the database that would be fine.

Nevermind - I figured it out, it just involved updating records in a few tables to the correct date.
