Hi Team,
Currently I have my topics accessible to my customers that are published. I keep working on those topics and make changes and save them without Publishing. We will be publishing all the worked pages at the time of release. But I need the topics that I worked upon the the SME's for the review of the updates done to the topics. But I do not find any link to share with them. I can only see the changes done in Edit Mode.
The topics with Unpublished changes are not visible under the Drafts option as shown in snapshot.
Any solution on this please?
Thanks,
Pradnya
Hi Pradnya,
Thanks for this question and I understand your use-case of wanting to find existing Confluence pages that have unpublished changes, so that you can publish those changes at a later date. You're correct that the Drafts section doesn't currently show these (existing and previously-published) pages - it only shows pages which haven't been published at all yet.
Unfortunately there's no good solution at the moment. You can use the "worked on" tab to see pages you've opened the editor for recently, but it only goes back so far and doesn't have the "unpublished changes" lozenge you would need to identify pages with unpublished changes.
The best bet right now would be to vote for and watch this feature request: CONFCLOUD-43375 . I'm sorry there's not a better answer at the moment, but I have made a note of your ask. For more information about how Atlassian prioritizes feature requests made on jira.atlassian.com, check out this Community post.
Cheers,
Daniel
