How to fill the Title page with image without borders?

I've tried many options in css styles but i can't fill the title page with an image. It always adds margins like 18mm 18mm 30mm 18mm;

It also adds a footer on the titlepage that i don't need.

And you tried a negative margin?

margin: -20px
