I would like to create a page in Confluence that lists all the spaces and their admins.
The purpose of this is so that users don't have to submit a ticket to IT for access (IT then has to reach out to the space admin for approval). Users can see who they need to contact directly instead of IT acting as a middle man for access and having to wait for approvals to be gathered.
Is there a way this information can be displayed in Confluence?
two thoughts:
Manually:
Have all space admins organized in groups. Create a table where one column is populated with the space names and another one with user list macros (each macro displays the admin group).
Automatically:
Fetch the data from the server. Create a job to export the data to excel. Write a script to attach the file by a bot account to a page with a excel macro.
Hope that helps!
Regards,
Nicolai
