How to decide the time zone in the cloud environment

Does the time zone of a site created in a cloud environment depend on which region of the cloud environment the site was created in?

For example, if you created a trial site on Atlassian's Japanese site, the time is in Tokyo.

From System > General Configuration

You can select the time zone which you want.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

There is no such setting in the cloud version of confluence, right?
