How to deactivate IP whitelisting ?

There is a lot of content to activate and create IP whitelists

but nowhere do I find the possibility to deactivate the function (not individual IP's on the products).

Does this function even exist and if so, how can I deactivate it?

Not on the free plan. It's a Premium feature. Also, it is nothing that is activated automatically. That's why you mainly find content no how to configure it - because that's what you need to do to use it.
