In the cloud editor of confluence, how can I cut or paste a table row or column? In the old editor there were specific buttons for these actions but I'm not seeing that the new editor has these available.

@Leela Leinartas You can also use the little row selector control (don't know the official name) that appears when you hover over the left margin of the first cell in the row to:

  • select the row
  • drag the row and drop it in another location in the same table
  • open a menu of commands related to the row

You should be able to cut and paste table rows or columns in Confluence Cloud's new editor by using standard keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+C (copy), Ctrl+X (cut), and Ctrl+V (paste). To perform the action, highlight the row or column you want to move, use the cut shortcut, then insert a new blank row/column where you want to paste the content and use the paste shortcut.

Ok that works thank you! We didnt have to insert a new row/column before copying and pasting in the old editor so it would be great to have that added back.
