How to create number counting with plus icon

Hi i want create page for FAQ and i want measure how often is questions viewed.

Now i create page with table and just simply add column for number, but always must edit page and increase that number. So I'm asking now is there macro for show number and after them show plus icon that will automatically increase that value?

May-bye existing another better approach, so if you know I will thanks for that

For a small Confluence, I'd enable the analytics which captures the page views.  For larger ones, I'd get the Viewtracker add-on (or look at some of the others in the marketplace - I'm not that familiar with them as I've only ever used viewtracker and embedded google analytics).

Its good for style, when have one question on page. I don't want have many pages, now its fine have only one... maybye later
