How to create an automation rule that only applies to tasks on a specific page?

I am trying to create a table that will alert users when a review is overdue for documents they are assigned to.

Creating the alert itself has been easy. However, the automation applies it to every single  task in our entire workspace and it will flood a user with emails.

I have tried IF: Page Condition: Where Page Title equals: "Document review table" which seemed the obvious choice to get it to only work on tasks in the page "Document review table", but I get the error:

One of the following needs to be produced earlier in the rule by the trigger or with a 'for each' branch for this component to work:

  • Page

and the rule takes no action when it is run.

Is there another means that I can use to get my rule to only apply to the tasks on this page, and not any others in the space?

Hi @Kenny Cagney and welcome to the Community.

You may try to use a unique label for that specific page and create a rule based around that.
