How to create a space index to list all pages within a space?

I am looking to create a space index, which will list ALL pages within a space. The space will have over 10K pages, so the Page Index macro won't work, because the maximum pages that can be displayed is 500. 

Are there any alternative options?

Keeping in mind the performance and usability implications of displaying such a large number of pages, you may consider a combination of the below options:

Split the pages or Use labels or please check if this Page index for Confluence (server) plugin might address your query.
