Okay so, I have seen some tables and really I'm confused, also I don't want a simple table. Since I'm a notion user and there is a table option in notion. I just wanna create something similar please help.
Please tell me which table should I choose?
Example of table is that I wanna create a anime collection.
These will by my columns
Anime Name/Genre/Seasons/Watched by/etc
is there a concept of tags in confluence? in tables?
is table in confluence is as powerful as notion?
Hi @Praveen,
You may read about Confluence tables in the Atlassian documentation.
If you need more advanced options, you may browse the Marketplace and choose some apps to enhance your tables.
For example, our company develops the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence add-on that is free for Cloud 1-10 users. You may try it as well or book a live demo from the team.
Hey @Praveen
There's no macro available in Confluence by default to manage and structure content similarly to Notion. But your use case is what we at K15t made Orderly Databases for Confluence for. 😎
We designed this app with tools like Airtable and Notion in mind because we lacked a way to structure and organize content in Confluence using relational databases. Now you can create and link lightweight databases that always stay in sync and also offer multiple ways of displaying, filtering, and sorting data. 😄
Since you know Notion, you should feel at home when creating the database in Confluence. If you're curious, I recommend reading our community article about Orderly to get a first impression: Replace Confluence Page Properties with Notion-like Databases 🐝
And in case you have any further questions, please let me know. I'm happy to answer them. :)
Best, Max
P.S. As a big fan of One Piece and anime, I like your use case. 😄 🤘🏼
