How to create a JIRA issue from confluence document?

Please help me resolve this issue : I'm unable to create an issue from confluence, i get the following error message:

That answers the question. Your Jira is configured to require a work log, but Confluence cannot provide that.

You'll either need to visit Jira to create the issue, or get the administrators of the target project to make the work log field optional on create.
