@Sharmishtha Neogi If you cannot edit your profile yourself, you must have a managed account. You will need find out who within your organization is the Atlassian Admin that manages your accounts. My company is small enough that I know who this person is for my account.

Since you are on Enterprise, you likely have a much larger company and Atlassian structure. You might start by asking your supervisor or, if you use Jira, the scrum master or someone involved in running things in Jira for your team—these people might be able to connect you to the right person.
