Is there any way to directly contact the customer support team
I need help in integrating the Confluence tool to salesforce for better search functionality
In short - My Requirement is whenever I search some documents in salesforce, in the backend the system should go to the confluence tool and fetch the documents and display them in the salesforce, I don't want to store documents in the salesforce rather I want to store ib confluence,
Any quick help or guidance would be highly appriciated
@Manjunath SC If you go to the link that @Vero Rivas posted and under 'What can we help you with' select Technical Issues and Bugs, an additional dropdown will be shown and you can select your Confluence site from this list.
As you are not raising a bug, but are asking for some assistance, you should then select Level 4 ("issue or question") under the What is the impact to your business? dropdown.
This is one of the only ways to contact Atlassian for technical support, and they should be able to help you with your question

Thanks for the reply,
I have followed exact same steps which you have provided in the above feed, I am not getting the option "issue or question", after I select the confluence site option, I am getting the same two options "Explore community" and "View Documentation" ,
Could you please be more specific, It would really help!!

You only gain access to one-on-one Atlassian support when you are using a paid subscription plan unfortunately
