How to change permissions for a specific user for all spaces.

I would like to grant view access permission to 1 specific user for only 1 space.

Currently the user has edit access to ALL spaces. Is there a way to revoke a specific user's permissions from all spaces except 1 (without going into each space and removing their access one by one?).
