How to change parent page with one of the child page?

Hi Community,

We have a situation in our Confluence page where in we have to change parent page with one of the child page. Please check the screen shot in how to achieve it. 

You see Efecte as parent page and Efecte tool briefing as child we tried moving the page then it says.

We tried reordering page as well but still does not work can you please help me how to achieve.

as space admin you can use reorder page functionality in the admin section.
