How to automatically upload documents into confluence

I wanted to know if there was a way for confluence to automatically upload documents. Either pull from a share or FTP location. Is there a plugin?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can use Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI) and the addAttachment action.
