How to auto-generate a custom label in a custom template, similar to Meeting notes?

By adding Meeting notes, there is a default label "meeting-notes". How can I change the default?

Similarly, how can I insert a default label in the customized template?

You would need to create your own template for meeting notes and add the labels to that template.  You can then add a create from template macro to a page and select your template.  BluePrint Templates do not allow you to add labels.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/create-a-template-296093779.html#CreateaTemplate-Labels
