How to attach txt file to confluence page

i get the following error even though I have unrestricted access to the page I created:

"You'll need to ask for permission to insert files here."

Most likely you need permissions to attach file: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/upload-a-file/

Talk to your space admin to grant you access.

Hi @Eric Noguchi ,

The 'Add Attachment' and 'Delete Attachment' permissions are used to control who can upload and delete attachments in a space.

Users with 'Add Page' or 'Add Blog' permissions can insert existing attachments to their pages, but not upload new attachments unless they also have the 'Add Attachment' permission.

Do you have edit rights to the page? If not, what @Fabian Lim is true. If you do have edit rights, then more investigation is needed.
