How to assign permission to other users , when we create Space blueprint using Atlassian SDK

Hi

I have created one space blueprint using Atlassian SDK. After creating a space using this space blueprint, we can give permission to some user or group from general configuration. 

We want to set some default permission (not from general configuration) to some particular user or group by using  Atlassian SDK when we create space blueprint. So that when we create a space by using that space blueprint, those users will automatically get permission.

Please help me on this. Also if any one have some code snippet, please send me those.
