Hi @vijayalakshmi , it seems you wish to have a workflow transition available in the drop-down where the To Do is showing. It also seems that someone has maybe created an automation rule for this but I'm not completely clear here. In any event if my first assumption is accurate then if you are on a Company Managed project then you can add a transition to your workflow under Project settings > workflows. Now can you confirm that you are wanting a "re-entrant" transition, I.e. a transition out of and back into the same status? If so what is the reason. This is important toward my direction details. For example do you need a post function on the transition for some reason.
