How to add "Organization administrator" to "Site administrator" without "Organization admin""

"Organization admin" left the company but didn't change the right to other person. I'm "Site admin" now and need to be "Organization admin" to delete this ID. But no-one knows her PW. Therefore I'm searching how to be "Organization admin" without current "Organization admin" ID.

*I'm not sure the name of "Organization administrator" and "Site administrator" in English because I'm using in Japanese.
