How to add all users as watchers for a space in Confluence Cloud?

Is there a way (other than adding each user) to make all Confluence users a watcher of a space?

Based on this suggestion ticket, I don't think we will be able to add groups or batch add users as watchers any time soon. Ability to notify a group when a page blog or space is changed (group watches)

If email notifications are what is needed, please consider the workaround on the ticket: "...create a mailing list for the group, create a user in Confluence with the email address set to the mailing list, then add that user as a watcher on the page/blog you wish to watch."
