How to add a MTGroup to my space & provide authorization.

I would like to add new MTgroup & give space permission access to this MTgroup. what is the step to add it. I browse the MTgroup was not appear in the confluence page.

May be can you share with me how to add user name to Cloud base confluence page.

Example, I cant find this person name in confluence to add him Hiep Do  hmdo@micron.com.

I cant even find this distribution in confluence to add all of them SIG_SANJOSE SIG_SANJOSE@micron.com

Well, I'm unsure what the "MTGroup" means. However, my post is related to your query of space permission.

My suggestion is a two-step approach: first, the group must exist in your Atlassian organization, and then you can add it to your space's permissions.

Step 1: Verify the group exists in your Atlassian Organization

Before you can give a group permissions, it must be created by an Organization Admin in the central Atlassian Admin console. If the group doesn't exist here, it won't appear in the Confluence space permissions list >> please contact your organization Admin.

Step 2: Grant the group permissions to your space

Once you have confirmed the group exists, you can give it access to your Confluence space.

•  Access Space Permissions:
• Navigate to your Confluence space.
• In the sidebar on the left, click "Space settings."
• In the settings menu, go to the "Permissions" section
