How to activate confluence usage activity?

I am trying to create an activity report for a confluence space. I tried following these pages:

However, I ran into the following issues:

1. In space, couldn't find "Space Tools"
2. Tried to enable "Confluence Usage Stats", but couldn't find add-on in Manage Add-ons.
3. Couldn't find"Confluence Usage Stats" add-on in Marketplace.
4. Tried to install "Confluence Usage Stats" from this link (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.confluence.ext.usage/versions), but keep getting errors related to URL. Also, tried downloading installer and uploading from desktop - more errors.

Please help.

1. I'm assuming you've checked and made sure you're an admin on said space. If you're on an older version of Confluence you might be in Documentation mode. Look for a "Browse" button at the top. Have you checked to see if there's any hidden CSS removing said button?

2-4. If you're using Confluence Data Center, space activity information isn't available.

My best guess is that you are on Cloud Confluence?
