I'm trying to sync my Outlook calendar with the Confluence Cloud team calendar. I follow the steps to create the team calendar in Confluence and copy the subscription link for my Outlook app. After adding the calendar in Outlook as instructed, it doesn't display newly created meetings from the Teams calendar. If I'm subscribing, why aren't all events from that calendar appearing?
Hello @Corey Schaefgen
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
For clarity can you provide a link to the instruction document you used? Was it this one?
Are you using Outlook Web or the desktop application?
I found this post where an answer talks about the frequency of updates:
3. Force a Calendar Refresh in Outlook
Outlook (especially desktop) doesn’t refresh subscribed calendars frequently. You can:
Try removing and re-adding the iCal subscription
Or use Outlook Web which refreshes more frequently
Outlook Desktop refreshes only every 6–24 hours
But I have not found Atlassian documentation on the frequency of updates.
Have you escalated this question to your Confluence Admins or to Atlassian technical support?

Yes those are the instructions, even if I remove and re-add I still don't get them to populate and show. Something is off.

I recommend you escalate to your Confluence Admins so that they can query Atlassian technical support.
It would be great if you share back here what you learn, so we can learn from your experience.
